- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, and must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order. Parcel Opening video is mandatory to process any return.To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund in case of return.We do not accept returns or exchanges based on variations in color, pattern irregularities, prints, unevenness or similar concerns. Please note that many of our products are handmade, and such characteristics are not considered defects.We do not accept return or exchange on the international orders.
- To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at 8906708983 with a description of the issue and photographs of the damaged product.Our team will review the issue and provide approval for the return process within one business day, along with a return shipping address.Please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly share the tracking details with us.Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and approve your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business day after approval following inspection.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
