Once the order is placed, we ship the order through one of our various courier partners. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email and an SMS informing you the details of courier partner and an consignment number using which you can track your shipment.

The delivery time varies from cities to cities. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros & cities. Some cities in North East & J&K region etc. may take minimum 5 to a maximum of 7 days. Due to unexpected reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. We try our best to get your shipment delivered to as early as possible.

Regular status updated will be provided about your order through email.

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from https://basakhandloom.com/ confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the,

• 2. Details of the product, you’re ordered. 
• 3. Amount you have paid.

You will also receive an SMS / and or alert confirming the same.
